Sex is complicated. You don't have to pretend it isn't.
Desire changes. Bodies change. Relationships change. Sometimes sex feels easy—and sometimes it becomes confusing, frustrating, painful, awkward, or loaded with things no one knows how to say out loud.
Whether you're queer, trans, polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, kinky, exploring BDSM, questioning what you want, or simply tired of feeling like your relationships or sexuality need to fit someone else's definition of “normal”—you don't have to explain or defend who you are here.
Sex and intimacy therapy is a place to get curious about what's happening without assuming you're broken, your partner is the problem, or there's one right way to experience desire, intimacy, pleasure, or connection.
We can talk about the things that feel difficult to say anywhere else.
Maybe sex has gotten complicated.
Maybe desire doesn't show up the way it used to. Or you and your partner want different things and neither of you knows how to talk about it without someone feeling rejected.
Maybe your body has changed. Sex hurts. Shame keeps showing up. You find yourself overthinking instead of being present.
Maybe you're curious about kink, BDSM, non-monogamy, or parts of your sexuality you haven't had space to explore yet.
Or maybe you're not even sure what feels inauthentic. You just know intimacy has started to feel heavier than you think it should.
You don't have to already know how to explain it.
We can get curious together.
There is no one right way to experience intimacy.
Sex doesn't have to look a certain way. Desire doesn't have to show up on a schedule. Intimacy doesn't have to mean the same thing to every person—or even stay the same throughout your life.
You may be exploring what pleasure means to you. Negotiating different desires or boundaries. Learning how your neurodivergence affects intimacy. Navigating changes in your body. Untangling shame, expectations, or sexual scripts you didn't realize you were carrying.
The goal isn't to make you more “normal.” It's to help you understand what feels AUTHENTIC to you.

Figuring out what you actually want
You don't have to make it sound more acceptable.
You don't need to soften the language you use for your relationships, your body, your sexuality, or the things you want.
You don't have to call your partner a “friend.” You don't have to avoid talking about your kink because you're worried I'll assume it's trauma. You don't have to explain why non-monogamy works for you—or convince me that you're doing it the “right” way.
And you don't have to already feel confident or proud of every part of yourself before you bring it into the room.
We can talk about what is actually true for you—not what sounds easiest to explain.
We might work well together if…
You're tired of feeling like you have to translate yourself before you can be understood.
You want to talk honestly about sex, desire, kink, identity, or relationships without spending half the session explaining the basics.
You're curious about what actually feels good, meaningful, or authentic to you—even if the answer is still changing.
You want someone who can sit with awkward conversations, ask direct questions, and occasionally laugh with you when being a human gets weird.
You don't need me to tell you what your sexuality, relationship, or intimate life should look like. You want space to figure out what fits.
You don't have to have the right words before you start.
Bring the questions, the awkwardness, the uncertainty, or the thing you've been rehearsing how to say.
We can start there.
