Relationship therapy for when loving each other isn't the problem.
You can care deeply about each other and still feel stuck, disconnected, misunderstood, or exhausted by the same conversations.
Relationships are complicated. People change. Needs shift. Old patterns show up. And sometimes the way you've been trying to fix things becomes part of the problem.
Therapy can be a place to slow the cycle down, understand what's happening between you, and find a different way forward—together.
You may be having the same fight in different ways.
Maybe one of you pushes for answers while the other shuts down.
Maybe you're trying to explain yourself and somehow both of you leave the conversation feeling unheard.
Maybe jealousy, time, intimacy, boundaries, or changing needs have started creating tension you don't know how to talk about without making things worse.
Relationships don't have to fit a traditional script to deserve support.
Whether you're a couple, a polycule, exploring ethical non-monogamy, or creating a relationship that doesn't fit conventional expectations, therapy is a place to understand one another—not to force your relationship into someone else's definition of "normal."
The goal isn't to decide who's right. It's to understand the pattern you're caught in—and what each of you is trying to protect underneath it.
We might work on...

Feeling disconnected or misunderstood
Jealousy, insecurity, and comparison
Boundaries, agreements, and expectations
Polyamory & ethical non-monogamy
Metamour and polycule dynamics
Intimacy & desire changes
Rebuilding trust after hurt
Navigating changing needs
Kink & alternative relationship dynamics
Figuring out whether the relationship still fits
I'm not here to pick a side.
Relationship therapy isn't about deciding who is right and who is wrong.
I'm paying attention to what happens between you—the cycle you get pulled into, the ways you try to protect yourselves, and the places where you keep missing each other.
Sometimes I'll slow a conversation down. Sometimes I'll ask you to say something differently. I may point out a pattern while it's happening or ask a question that makes everyone in the room a little uncomfortable.
The goal isn't perfect communication.
It's helping you understand what's happening between you well enough to choose something different.
We might work well together if...
You care about each other, but keep getting pulled into the same patterns.
You want to understand what is happening between you—not just learn better communication scripts.
Your relationship doesn't fit neatly into traditional expectations, and you don't want to spend therapy explaining or defending it.
You're willing to get curious about your own part of the cycle, even when that's uncomfortable.
You want a therapist who will slow things down, ask questions, and point out patterns as they're happening.
You don't need to have the same goals yet. We can start with where you are.
Your relationship doesn't have to be falling apart to deserve support.
You can start because something feels off.
Because the same conversation keeps happening.
Because things are changing.
Or simply because you want to understand each other differently.
We can start there.
